This facility is for prescription requests only. All other medical issues must be relayed to our reception team directly.
We kindly remind patients that all prescription requests must be submitted in writing. Until 31st January, you may request your repeat prescription in any of the following ways:
Using the Pippo app.
Completing the form in person at the front desk
Submitting the written form below
From 1st February, all repeat prescription requests must be made through the Pippo app only.
Please ensure you and your family are fully registered on the app before this date to avoid any interruption to your service. If you have any difficulties with the app, please contact our administration team.

Please allow 48 hours for your prescription request to be processed. Please note if a fee applies for your prescription you can pay online. A link may be sent by text message with a secure payment link.
